Belgium: we use Bpost for shipping in Belgium. Shipping rate 8€, free shipping above 250€

Spain: we use UPS. Shipping rate 8€, free shipping above 250€

rest of Europe: shipping done by UPS, standard fee 15€, free shipping on orders above 400€.

orders are shipped from Monday to Friday always within 48hours from time of purchase.

Shipping policy

A) Place and delivery method

The products will be sent to the shipping address that the customer has indicated during the process of purchase. Deliveries are notified to the customer via email.

B) Delivery time and costs

The delivery time will depend on the place of delivery. Delivery times are calculated based on the delivery times provided by the supplier. Each delivery is considered carried out from the moment in which the shipping company puts the product at the disposal of the customer. Signature is required at delivery.
