5. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

tressiszero reserves the right to review and update the content and functionality of its platform.

Users must guarantee and are the only responsible to own the full legal capacity to enter into a contract. Only full legal capable people can buy at www.tressiszero.com.

The user accessing and using our website guarantees the truthful of  data provided. In case of detecting false information, tressiszero will take legal measures.

Purchasing process:

1. Once the user has selected the product, characteristics and amount and select “Add to cart”.Review the content of the cart and if it is correct select “Continue”.

2. Then you must select the type of shipping and enter your data about: address of shipping and phone number

3. Check with the “summary of the purchase” if all your data are correct and select

“End and Pay”.

The customer will be confirmed by email automatically from the receipt of confirmation of payment, that your order has been registered.

6. PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY

In the event that tressiszero finds that the selected product is not available when the order has already been placed and before the end of the process of sending the purchase, the client will be informed of this circumstance by e-mail.

Partial delivery or cancellation of your order. If the account debit has already been made at the  time  of  giving  information  regarding  the  unavailability  of  the product,  a  refund procedure will be made for the entire amount of the order or the part that corresponds to the product in question, together with the shipping costs that correspond, in the bank account indicated by the latter for this purpose and the process of which the client will be informed by email initiated said procedure.

tressiszero will refund the corresponding amounts within a maximum period of 7 business days from the date of notice to the client. In no case will any right be generated by the client (compensation, discounts, etc.) for such reason.

7. PRICES

Product prices offered by tressiszero in their website www.tressiszero.com are with all tax included and without including packing and shipping extra costs which are also with all tax included and according to shipping policies, country, etc.

The user has the possibility of canceling an order during the 2 days following the completion of the purchase: either by sending an email to our “Customer Service” or by consulting the “Help” section.

8. PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND CREDIT

Payment methods accepted are credit card and PayPal.If you pay by credit card, we will send to your bank a debit petition; the amount will not be debited from your account until authorized by your bank. The debit term will depend on the rules applied to the payment.If you pay by PayPal the amount of the purchases will be charged to the PayPal account immediately.In case of rejection of the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled and the client will be informed by email.

When the purchase is made, an order / purchase confirmation email is automatically will be sent. Later we will sent the invoice.

If a customer is unduly charged with the amount of a purchase, without the identification of the corresponding bank card been verified by tressiszero, and without bad faith on the part of the customer, in which case it should compensate economically the damage caused to tressiszero, the customer may require the immediate cancellation of the charge by sending an email. The corresponding amount must be immediately reimbursed up to 7 days if a debit or PayPal card was used and, before the end of the corresponding month, if a credit card was used.

9. SHIPPING

A) Place and delivery method

The products will be sent to the shipping address that the customer has indicated during the process of purchase.Deliveries are notified to the customer via email.

B) Delivery time and costs

The delivery time will depend on the place of delivery. Delivery times are calculated based on the delivery times provided by the supplier. These terms may vary depending on the destination and do not include holidays or weekends.If there is a delay in delivery due to force majeure, while the product is in the process of being delivered, the customer will be informed of this circumstance and that, in this case, the costs arising from a possible cancellation request they will be at your expense.

Each delivery is considered carried out from the moment in which the shipping company puts the product at the disposal of the customer.

C) Issues to be taken into account at the time of delivery

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In relation to all products sold, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.

Before any return, the customer must indicate their intention to return the product to customer service by email hello@tressiszero.com, this way you will get your return order and the address where you must return the product. With the product you will find the information of the address where you must return the product and a label to make the shipment. At tressiszero we are not responsible for damages caused in products that have been sent by another company.

Once the customer has obtained his return address, he will have to send a package with:

– the articles in their original packaging.

– the return order, inside the package.

– the document with the return address.

The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in a perfect condition for resale (without damage, breakage or dirt). Neither can be accepted the packages that do not include any element that allows to identify the sender (order number, last name, name, address).

The customer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal of the purchased product when it has been made according to the specific specifications of the client and has been manufactured in a personalised way.

Once the package has been received and it has been verified that the returned products are in perfect condition, the refund procedure will be carried out for the amounts corresponding to the returned products.The client will be informed of this refund procedure by email. Once this procedure has begun, the amount paid by the customer in the bank account or in the PayPal account used to pay for the order will be refunded as soon as possible. In this sense, the corresponding amounts will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 10 business days.

Bearing in mind that the refund in euros will be for a maximum amount equal to that paid by credit card or PayPal.

The  returns will be made through the contracted company,  to the address that is determined at the moment of notifying the intention of return by the client.

The costs and risks linked to the return of the product shall be borne by the sender. Any return that has not been paid at the time of shipment by the customer will not be accepted.

In the case of defective products or that do not correspond to the order made by the customer; the return costs will be borne by tressiszero thanks to the return label that we will send you.

The right of withdrawal is also exercised from the moment the order is placed and even before delivery. In this case, the refund in the customer’s bank is made within a period of 30 days from the exercise of said right.

If the right of withdrawal has been exercised between the date of departure of the products from the stores and the date of delivery of the order, the shipping and return costs shall be borne by the customer.

11. PRODUCT GUARANTIES

Since tressiszero acts as a representative of professional suppliers that guarantee that the products presented for sale on the website www.tressiszero.com comply with all sanitary measures, security, labelling, etc. they do not present defects, the contractual guarantee offered is that granted by good faith suppliers who use high quality leathers that can present small natural irregularities.

The  guarantee  will  not  cover  the  damaged  products  at  the  time  of  transport  nor  the damages or affections that could cause in the health of the people.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

tressiszero website contents are merely informative so that cannot be considered liable of the damages, improper use of products marketed, and indirect damages, operating losses or lost profits occurred by any means.

Subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, the responsibility for tressiszero under  these  general  conditions  shall  not  exceed  an  amount  equal  to  amounts  paid  or payable after the transaction origin of that responsibility, whatever it is the cause or form of the action.

tressiszero cannot be held liable for breach of this contract in case of product unavailability, force majeure, interruption of activity or natural disasters.

tressiszero cannot be held responsible for the breach of the contract subscribed in case of exhaustion of stocks or unavailability of the product, force majeure, interruption of activity or total or partial strike, especially of postal services and means of transport or communications, floods or fire.

In case of dispute, the customer may be directed, first, to tressiszero to reach an amicable settlement. Failing that, the courts of the place of residence of the customer shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms &Conditions in English will be implemented and interpreted in accordance with spanish legislation, legislation to which the parties expressly submit.
